CHURCH MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Under Data Protection legislation, Rhema Christian Ministries’ Charity Trustees are the Data Controller and can be contacted by emailing admin@rhema.org.uk . As part of the membership process you are required to complete application forms that contain information about yourself. These include contact details which will be used to communicate with you concerning your application. By completing this form, you consent to Rhema Christian Ministries contacting you by phone or email. If you withdraw your application (verbally/written) your data will be erased from our database. If you are accepted into Membership having met the required criteria, your information will be stored on our church database which is held on the church’s computer. They are password protected and accessed only by Rhema Christian Ministries’ Administration Department. Personal data will be removed from our database once you are no longer a member of the church.
