LITTLE DISCIPLES

Here at RCM, the Vision for our Little Disciples is expressed in one word ‘VIBRANT’. In a relaxed and caring environment, we aim to nurture a love for God and His Word; value every child irrespective of background.

Our children’s ministry (Little Disciples) is divided into 3 groups, the first being our youngest children from 3 – 5 years. With this class group, we read bible stories, teach songs and encourage the older children, under adult supervision to help the younger ones.

Our second and third group is from 6 – 8 years and 9 – 11 years. Our main focus for these groups is to expand on their biblical learning and understanding; introducing them to new areas of God’s Word and provide them with solid biblical foundation.

All the age groups also take part in other fun activities designed to holistically develop them as young people.

DISCIPLES OF CHRIST

This Ministry is founded on the scripture which says “train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22: 6). This ministry aims to prepare our youth as their awareness of the world increases, and in a time when they are more susceptible to peer pressure and the wrong kind of influences.

We aim to teach them the principles of the bible, and encourage them to form their thinking around the word of God. There are also planned activities and outings to suit the varied ages and encourage them to fellowship with others.

This ministry is divided into different age groups to meet their development needs.
