And then came YOU…

With that bright light in your eyes and a beautiful song in your mouth Leading us into His presence with your voice sounding like the chorus of a million angels

Making a beautiful symphony out of discordant notes laced with chaotic rhythms
And occupying space like an insistent beat, dancing in and out of time

And then came YOU…

Standing tall like a line of beauty running through the tapestry of our lives giving love with open arms; wider and bigger than a teddy bears’s with laughter larger than life and a love that cut through any strife                          You loved, you danced, you played, you WERE

And then came YOU…

Like footprints blown gently across the sands of time
Your friendship, beautifully fragrant, like a flower that blossoms in and out of Season

And then came you, though before too long, YOU were GONE

I pray your BEAUTIFULLY GENTLE Soul Rests in Peace, Old friend of mine
And may the memory of YOU remain indelible in the minds of those whose lives your beauty touched
